Neighbourhoods, not pinpoints.
We don't publish specific addresses โ some of our customers would rather that stay quiet. Instead, here's where the fibre is live, where construction is active, and where the next wave is headed.

FAQ
Things people actually ask
My neighbourhood isn't on the list. Does that mean you'll never be there?
No. The list shows where the fibre is live, where we're actively building, and where we're planning next. Beyond that, the network is growing constantly โ add your address to the waitlist and we'll reach out the moment we get close.
Why don't you list specific addresses?
Because some of our customers would rather not broadcast where they live. Coverage maps that pinpoint specific units or buildings are a privacy risk, so we stick to the neighbourhood level. The availability checker on this page tells you exactly whether your building is lit โ instantly, privately.
My address says 'coming soon' โ can I still sign up?
Add your address to the waitlist and we'll email you the day we're ready to install. No bill upfront. No 'commit now to lock in pricing'. Just a heads-up when it's your turn.
How often do you add new neighbourhoods?
Most months. Building fibre is slow, careful work โ we only ship when a new area has the backhaul, the building access agreements, and the gear all ready. Quality before speed. People on the waitlist hear about it first.
Does FibreTel serve single-family houses?
The network is concentrated in multi-unit buildings โ apartments, condos, stratas, mixed-use. Single-family service depends on whether we have fibre already on your street. Drop your address in the checker to find out.
I'm a building manager โ can we bring FibreTel to our building?
Yes, and this is one of the fastest ways to get on the network. Contact us and we'll walk you through what a build-in looks like. Usually no cost to the building. Residents benefit, we gain customers, everyone wins.
What about outside Greater Vancouver?
We're focused on Vancouver and the surrounding cities for now. Further out is possible but not on the immediate roadmap. Still โ if you're in Victoria, Nanaimo, or the Interior and you desperately want FibreTel, drop your address. Enough requests in one area can genuinely move the map.
