When did FibreTel start?
FibreTel Canada has operated quietly in Vancouver for years, starting with apartment and condo buildings nobody else wanted to wire. The network grew from there.
Where do you serve?
Apartment and condo buildings across Vancouver and nearby neighbourhoods. Check your address to see if your building is live. We add new buildings constantly.
Are you a Rogers / Telus reseller?
No. We own every metre of fibre, from the core switches to the cable at your wall. When something breaks, our engineers fix it.
Who's behind FibreTel?
A small Vancouver team of network engineers and Tech Wizards. We answer on the first ring in 53 languages — no 500-person call centre or phone tree needed.
Why are your prices so much lower than Rogers / Telus?
We don't spend on TV ads, arena naming rights, or contracts designed around discounts. We stay small and pass the savings on.
Do you have physical offices?
Yes. We're headquartered in Vancouver. For service, Tech Wizards come to you. Everything else happens by phone or in the portal.
How do I become a customer?
Check your building, pick a plan, and we'll send a Tech Wizard to install it. Switching companies? We cover their cancellation charge.
