What is FibreTel TV, and how is it different from other TV providers?

FibreTel TV is the next generation of TV service. It includes our unlimited cloud PVR, restart TV, and all of the programming you love in high definition over our private network.

Why do I need to be a FibreTel internet customer to get FibreTel TV?

Media distributors, like FibreTel TV, must be registered and this registration tells us exactly how we are allowed to deliver media. The media we broadcast must be sent over our own internet distribution network, which means we can only offer FibreTel TV to people who are FibreTel internet customers.

How do I watch FibreTel TV?

You can install FibreTel TV onto your smart-tv, android tv, apple tv, roku, mobile phone or tablet. If you do not own a smart TV device, we will install one for you.

Will I get my favourite channels with FibreTel TV?

Yes. Our FibreTel TV channel packages offer the channels you already know and love.

How many televisions can I connect?

You can access up to 4 streams on one FibreTel TV account at one time.

Can I watch on my mobile device?

Yes, you can watch on your mobile devices while on your home Wi-Fi.

Can I record programs and watch later with FibreTel TV?

Yes, you can record an unlimited amount of content on our Cloud PVR. You can also record multiple programs at the same time, and access your recordings from other devices inside your home. Recordings can be kept for up to 6 months.
