Users are expected to use FibreTel services responsibly and in a manner that does not disrupt or impair the operation of our network or the experience of other users. This includes refraining from engaging in activities such as network abuse, spamming, or distributing malware.

Users must respect the rights and privacy of others. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. Additionally, users are prohibited from engaging in activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

FibreTel services may not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that is defamatory, invasive of privacy, or promotes illegal activities.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and devices. Any attempts to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to FibreTel’s network or systems are strictly prohibited.

FibreTel services are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without prior authorization from FibreTel.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that consumes excessive network capacity, leading to degradation of service quality for other users.
We reserve the right to make ye walk the plank if ye misbehave. No questions asked – it’s the captain’s orders!
FibreTel reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion without cause. This includes but is not limited to instances where a user’s conduct violates this AUP or poses a risk to the integrity or security of our network.
If ye be breakin’ the rules, we’ll be sendin’ ye off to Davy Jones’ locker – or in other words, suspendin’ or terminatin’ yer service. And we’ll be sharin’ tales of yer misdeeds with the authorities, so beware!
FibreTel may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of service, in response to violations of this AUP. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities and other third parties in investigating and prosecuting illegal activities.
