We'll buy out your current contract with Shaw, Telus or other providers!
FibreTel will reimburse 10 Gig Fibre Internet customers for an early termination fee (ETF) from their current Internet contract in the form of an account credit. A copy of the final bill from a previous provider, with early termination fees clearly marked, and the completed ‘FibreTel Contract Buyout Form’ are required to qualify for the contact buyout program.
Customer will receive reimbursement via a contract buyout credit applied to their account for the amount of the contract buyout. Total credit amount will be determined by the early termination fee excluding taxes on the final bill from the previous provider. A copy of the final bill from a previous provider, with the early termination fee clearly marked, and the completed ‘FibreTel Contract Buyout Form’ are required to qualify for the contact buyout program. Limited time offer; valid to qualified residential customers who have not previously subscribed to any services with FibreTel. Does not apply to addresses that participate in the bulk strata program.
The Early Termination Fee from the previous provider must be for the same type of services ordered from FibreTel to quality. For example, if switching from a TV and Internet bundle with your previous provider, you must order a qualifying TV and Internet bundle from FibreTel. Credit applies only to the Early Termination Fee and not to hardware or other charges from your previous provider. The name on the account with your previous provider must be the same as your account with FibreTel.
An amount equal to the total contract buyout credit will be applied to your account as a discount split equally over 24 months. For example, if your early termination fee is $120, you would receive a $5 per a month discount for 24 months.
FibreTel reserves the right to deny or refuse this promotion for any reason at its sole determination.
