Voicemail allows callers to leave you a message when you’re unavailable. With FibreTel’s Residential Voice, you can easily set up, listen to, and manage your voicemail messages.

How to Set Up Your Voicemail #

1. Access the Voicemail System:
   Pick up your phone and dial *98.
2. Follow the Voice Prompts:
   • Create a personalized PIN for security.
   • Record a greeting message to let callers know they’ve reached the right person.
3. Save Your Settings:
   Once the setup is complete, your voicemail is ready to use.

How to Check Your Voicemail #

1. From Your Home Phone:
   • Dial *98.
   • Enter your PIN if prompted.
   • Follow the prompts to listen to, save, or delete messages.
2. From Another Phone:
   • Dial your home phone number.
   • When the greeting plays, press * to access your voicemail.
   • Enter your PIN and follow the prompts.
