Why Do I Need a Voicemail PIN? #

Your Voicemail PIN ensures that only you can access your messages. It’s an important security feature that keeps your voicemail private and secure.


How to Change Your Voicemail PIN #

  1. Access Your Voicemail System:
    • Dial *98 from your home phone.
  2. Enter Your Current PIN:
    • Follow the prompts to log in with your current PIN.
  3. Select the PIN Change Option:
    • Follow the voice prompts to navigate to the PIN management menu.
  4. Create a New PIN:
    • Choose a new PIN that’s easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess (avoid “1234” or your phone number).
  5. Confirm Your New PIN:
    • Re-enter the new PIN when prompted to save your changes.

Forgot Your PIN? #

If you forget your PIN:

  • Contact FibreTel support, and we’ll reset it for you.
  • After the reset, you can log in and create a new PIN.
