What Is Call Trace? #

Call Trace allows you to log the last incoming call and report it to the authorities. This feature is helpful if you’re receiving harassing or threatening calls.


How to Use Call Trace #

  1. Wait for the Harassing Call to End:
    • Once the call has ended, immediately pick up your phone again.
  2. Activate Call Trace:
    • Dial *57 to initiate the trace.
  3. Listen for Confirmation:
    • You’ll hear a message confirming that the call has been logged.
  4. Contact Local Authorities:
    • The traced information is sent to the authorities, not directly to you. If you wish to pursue the matter, contact your local law enforcement agency and let them know you’ve used Call Trace.
