Your FibreTel TV password is different from your My Account login. If you’ve forgotten it, don’t worry—retrieving it is quick and easy.
Steps to Retrieve Your FibreTel TV Password #
- Log In to the My Account Portal:
- Visit My Account and log in using your account credentials.
- Go to the FibreTel TV Section:
- Navigate to the FibreTel TV tab in the portal.
- View Your Credentials:
- Your FibreTel TV username (account number) and password will be displayed.
- Use Your Password to Log In:
- Open the FibreTel TV app, enter your account number as the username and the displayed password, and you’re ready to go!
Important Notes #
- Fixed Password: FibreTel TV passwords cannot be changed.
- No Reset Option: If you lose your password, simply retrieve it from the My Account portal.
