- Visit myaccount.fibretel.ca.
- Go to the FibreTel TV Section:
- Navigate to the FibreTel TV tab.
- Cancel Subscription:
- Click Change Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
What Happens Next? #
- Service Continuation Until Billing Date:
- Your TV service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Cloud PVR Content: Any recordings stored in your Cloud PVR will be deleted after your subscription ends.
- No Further Charges:
- Once cancelled, you won’t be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
