- Navigate to the WiFi Settings section, where you’ll see options to update your network name (SSID) and password.

3. Changes Take Effect #
- Your network updates will take 3–5 minutes to apply.
- If you’re currently connected to the network, you’ll be temporarily disconnected.
- A link to reconnect will be sent via text to the verified phone number of the main account contact. Simply click the link to reconnect.
4. Resetting WiFi Settings #
- If you’re unhappy with your changes, click Reset to Default in the portal to revert back to the original settings.
- Locked out of your network? Contact customer service for help. They’ll verify your identity and assist with resetting your settings.
5. Locked Out? Don’t Worry! #
If you’re unable to connect after changing your WiFi settings, you can use another network to access the MyAccount portal again, or our customer service team can reset your network for you. For security, we’ll verify your identity using 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) unless you’re using a verified contact method, such as:
- The phone number registered to your account.
- WhatsApp linked to your account.
Once verified, we’ll help you regain access and get back online in no time.
